Reef Tank - Additional Components Installed

Despite the mess of cables, which I intend to clean up this weekend, today I added the following components to the system:

  • Calc Reactor
  • Auto Top Off Unit
  • Activated Carbon Filter
  • RO unit

Last piece remaining to be installed is the Aqualight Pro. Most likely, that will be going in next week. No rush though, since at this stage the tank is running ‘dark’ in order to keep any algae growth from blooming

Here are some more pictures from today. Again, cables will be tidied up :)

Full tank shots - still a bit cloudy, but getting a little better each day!

  1. Coming along nicely bro, saltwater aquariums are definitely more complex than I had originally thought.
