Dyna-Flex Powerball - Cool Gadget And A Workout

How’s this for cool? I just got two of these. The blue one and amber one and I can’t stop playing with them
The Dynaflex PowerBall Blue Lights Gyro is an addictive and eye catching toy, and can be used to exercise your coordination, strengthen muscles and even relieve stress!
The Dyna-Flex Powerball made the cover of Time magazine as one of their top 10 digital devices of the year. It generates from 32lbs to 35 lbs of torque when speeds of 9,000 - 13,000 RPM’s are reached. By activating the gyro, a dynamism (motion) is created, which will activate LED lights, located in the interior of the gyro. The faster the unit runs, the brighter the lights will be until the whole hand is engulfed in a bright glow. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, along comes the ultimate hand, wrist and arm Exerciser, the Dynaflex PowerBall.
Turn off the lights and the effect is even cooler! Hand it over to an unsuspecting friend or bystander!
- Stumble it!

Do I have to use all my strength?
Hey Ada,
You really don’t need to use a lot of strength to get it going and maintain it. Like with any low impact endurance exercise, this gets harder and harder the faster and longer you go.
If you just hold it and find the right rhythm you could do it very slowly and still exercise the muscles in your hand and forearm.
The faster and stronger you make the motions, as long as you keep the ball spinning, the more resistance you will get and the more you will be working your muscles. I know after about 2 or 3 minutes of keeping my powerball going, I stop and my whole arm is shaky and vibrating from the effort. Its really cool
Hope this helps! Itay.
