At least to your eyes it does - and it looks like this came right out of a Back To The Future Movie!

This is one of the coolest items I have ever come across on the Internet. Its not new, it dates back to 2005 or 2006, but every time I watch the video, and show it to my friends it doesn’t cease to amaze me. Now that I have a blog, I have to post it!

The concept is relatively easy to grasp. We’ve all seen how a strobe light makes motion seem to slow down. Well, if timed correctly, it can make motion seem to be backwards or even in reverse. The key is a repetitive movement, such as a drop of water coming down, and the right synchronized rate of light flashes.

This creation is nothing short of genius, and if I wasn’t so intimidated by the thought of soldering and assembling the whole thing and my lack electronics experience, I would have already bought and built this. Buying it assembled, or as kit is also an option, but I’m not willing to pay the price… so for now, I’ll just keep enjoying the video and being virtually wowed.
